In-Text	Thirdly, there is Necessitas Expedientiae, a Necessity (as I may so call it) of Expediencie: when, besides things necessary, there is some regard to be had to Expediency, when besides, what is absolutely necessary to our Subsistance, there is something indulged to our Refreshment: and therefore it was but way wardly done of the Cynick, to cast away his dish, as superfluous because he saw a boy, drink water out of the hollow of his hand.
