To shew (2.) the readiness of his goodness, beyond expectation, readier far to give than we to take, comes commonly upon us sooner then we expect or wish, prevents us with his goodness, as the Psalmist observes to us, Psal. xxi. 3. and runs very swiftly, Psal. cxlvii. 15. flying upon the wings of the wind, Psal. civ.
